Baby Bottle Pops are a novelty candy that come in the shape of a baby bottle. They consist of a fruity flavored powder that you can dip a lollipop into and then lick to enjoy the sweet and tangy taste. Its a similar concept to Fun Dip candy, which you might be more familiar with. They are available in a variety of flavors including blue raspberry, grape, watermelon, and berry blast.

Baby Ruth

This is a classic nougat candy bar with caramel, peanuts, and a chocolate exterior. It was introduced in 1920 by the Curtiss Candy Company in Chicago. This was the same year the baseball legend, Babe Ruth, switched teams from the Red Sox to the Yankees and hit 54 home runs. So, was the candy named after the baseball great?

Not according to the manufacturer of Baby Ruth! The official Baby Ruth website claims the candy bar was named after President Grover Cleveland’s daughter, Ruth Cleveland. Needless to say, there has been some controversy surrounding this claim.

Why? Ruth Cleveland had died some 16 years prior to the bar being invented. On the other hand, Babe Ruth was hitting his prime during the candy bar’s debut. Was the original manufacturer being sneaky about attempting to capitalize off the name of the Yankees iconic? We may never know.

Bananarama

These are candies shaped and colored to look like bananas. They are bite sized hard candies that have a banana flavor. They are similar to the banana candies found in Runts.

BarNone

BarNone is a milk chocolate candy bar with an interior consisting of a generous layer of chocolate wafers and chocolate cream with peanuts on top. It was introduced by The Hershey Company in 1987 and discontinued by them in 1997. The Iconic Candy Company, which is known for bringing back old discontinued candies, reintroduced BarNone in 2019.

Big League Chew

Big League Chew is shredded chewing gum that comes in a pouch. Its popular among baseball players and fans who wish to mimicking the chewing habits of pro ballplayers.

This gum was invented by Rob Nelson, a baseball pitcher for the Portland Mavericks, New York Yankee Jim Bouton, and a bat boy named Todd Field. It first appeared in stores in 1980 and was owned by Wrigley until Ford Gum & Machine Company started making it around 2010.
