Original Twix does not have peanut butter in its list of ingredients. Its interior is made with a layer of biscuit that is topped with caramel. These interior components are surround by an outer layer of milk chocolate.

While Original Twix does not have peanut butter in it, the company makes a limited edition candy bar with peanut butter called Twix Peanut Butter (Twix PB). The candy bar was not being made at the time of this article but it appears to be re-released from time-to-time so keep an eye out for it if you are interested in it. It is essentially an Original Twix with a layer of peanut butter instead of caramel.
The classic Twix bar does not have peanut butter as an ingredient. If you are looking for a Twix bar with peanut butter flavor, you can try the limited edition Twix Peanut Butter if available.
