Almond Joy
Almond Joy is undoubtedly one of the more recognizable names when it comes to candy bars with almonds. Its made with an interior bottom layer of coconut which is topped with two whole almonds. The interior layers are covered by milk chocolate.
Almond Joy was introduced in 1946 by the Peter Paul Candy Manufacturing in Connecticut. The Hershey Company has owned the brand since 1988. The candy is currently made in Stuarts Draft, Virginia.

Snickers Almond
You likely know that an Original Snickers is made of a nougat interior bottom layer that is topped with peanuts and caramel. All of these components are surrounded by an exterior layer of milk chocolate. A Snickers Almond essentially substitutes the peanuts in the Original for almonds.
Snickers Almond Brownie
Snickers Almond Brownie is sort of a hybrid between a candy bar and a brownie. It features a brownie filling center with chopped almonds dispersed throughout the filling. On the top of the brownie is a generous layer of caramel. The outer layer is made of delicious dark chocolate. This candy bar with almonds is a relatively new candy being released in 2021.

Heath was invented in 1928 by Bayard and Everett Heath and was owned by the family until 1989 when Leaf Inc. acquired the brand. The Hershey Company purchased Leaf Inc. in 1996 and they have been making the bars ever since.

You may think that Heath and Skor are competitors given their similarities but they are both made by Hershey. It is true, however, that the Skor bar was originally created in 1981 to take on Heath before it was owned by Hershey.

Toblerone
Toblerone was invented in 1908 by Theodor Tobler and his wife. A look at the last name of Theodor will give you an idea of how the candy was named. It features a row of triangular-shaped chocolate peaks that are believed to represent the mountains where the candy was invented in Switzerland. The candy’s primary ingredients include Swiss milk chocolate, honey, and almond nougat.
Hershey’s With Almonds
The original milk chocolate Hershey Bar was first produced in 1900 by The Hershey Company. The first variation of the original bar came in 1908 when Hershey’s with Almonds was introduced.
Today’s Hershey’s with Almonds remains basic but amazingly tasty. It is simply made with milk chocolate and whole almonds for a candy bar that ranks highly among people who love almonds in their candy.

Cadbury Dairy Milk Roasted Almonds
Cadbury was founded by John Cadbury in 1824 in Birmingham, England. Many Americans are likely most familiar with this British confectionary from their iconic Cadbury Chocolate Creme Eggs that are popular around Easter.
Cadbury has been owned by Mondelez International (formerly Kraft) since 2010. The Hershey Company holds a license to make and market Cadbury products in the United States.
One of the classic candy bars with almonds made by Cadbury is its Dairy Milk Chocolate with Roasted Almonds. Cadbury also makes a dark chocolate bar with almonds called Darkmilk with Roasted Almonds. However, it may be difficult to find in the States.
Big Hunk
The Big Hunk bar is made by the Annabelle Candy Company, a family-owned business that has been making candy for over 70 years. It is made with a nougat that is sweetened with honey. Inside the nougat are whole roasted almonds scattered throughout it. Many people claim the almond flavor is strong so the Big Hunk may be best for true almond lovers.
Ferrero Rocher Milk Chocolate Bar With Almond
Readers likely know Ferrero Rocher from its circular shaped chocolate hazelnut candies in gold wraps (see the image above). Well, the chocolate maker recently started making premium chocolate bars. The bars took three years of development to get the recipes right so you should expect a high-quality product.
The four candy bars made by Ferrero are Original Milk Hazelnut, White Hazelnut, 55% Dark Hazelnut, and Hazelnut & Almond. Of course, fans of almonds will select the Hazelnut and Almond bar made with milk chocolate, crunchy hazelnut pieces, and almonds.
Waterbridge Milk Chocolate Almond Bar
Waterbridge specializes in chocolate, candy, and cookies primarily for the Canadian market. It makes both Belgian and Swiss style chocolates. Its almond candy bar is called a Belgian Milk Chocolate Almond Bar. The chocolate is made in Belgium and imported to Canada. The bar is made with roasted almonds and plenty of them to prevent you from feeling cheated.
Zero
The Zero bar is unique in that it is made with white fudge and not milk or dark chocolate like other candy bars with almonds. It also contains caramel, peanuts, and almond nougat inside making for a lot of different flavors.
Hershey’s has made this candy since 1996. Prior to 1996, Hollywood Brands owned this candy which was introduced in 1920. The bar’s wintery white color is purportedly why it was named Zero.
