Where is Honey in the Grocery Store?

Honey can most often be found next to the peanut butter, jams, jellies, and Nutella. If you fail to find it adjacent to these products, it may be located in the baking aisle, coffee/tea aisle, or even next to the bread.

While frustrating at times, not all grocery stores place their products in identical locations. That is why honey may be in different aisles at various stores.

The below picture shows honey in a supermarket on the shelves alongside peanut butter, jellies, and jams.

Common Sizes of Honey

Honey is commonly found in 12-ounce, 16-ounce, 24-ounce, and 32-ounce sizes in grocery stores. The popular honey with the bear-shaped bottle, as pictured above, can most often be purchased in 12 or 24-ounce bottles.  If you need it in bulk, Amazon has a lot of options such as this 6 pound McCoy’s Raw Honey.

Where to Buy Honey?

Honey can be found in just about any grocery store. This includes stores such as Walmart, Kroger, Target, Aldi, Meijer, Albertsons, Publix, Whole Foods, Big Lots, HEB, Giant, and many more.  Amazon also has a nice selection of honey for delivery, including several bulk options as mentioned above.

Final Thoughts

While honey is a common product found at grocery stores, it isn’t always easy to find. We would suggest going to the aisle that contains the peanut butter and jelly products first. If not there, try the baking aisle that has items like flour, bread crumbs, and sugar. If you haven’t already asked a store employee where the honey is at this point, you can try to find it by the bread or near where they sell tea bags.

Good luck finding honey in the grocery store! We hope this article helped you find it with ease.
