Cream soda (a.k.a. creme soda) does not have caffeine. We know of no cream soda brand that has caffeine. In fact, most clear or light-colored sodas are caffeine-free. This includes beverages like 7Up, Sprite, and Squirt.

If consuming caffeine is a concern for you, please read the product label of any cream soda that you plan to purchase. While we are unaware of a cream soda that has caffeine (outside of Big Red), there may be one or two out there that has it as an ingredient.
