Since Jarritos Mexican Cola is the only Jarritos beverage with caffeine, it will be the focus of comparison with other popular beverages. One of its best comparisons is Mexican Coke which we compare to American Coke in our article titled Mexican Coke vs American Coke.

Overall, the caffeine in Jarritos Cola is relatively similar to Coca-Cola Classic and Mexican Coke. The caffeine amount is considered low in comparison to many other beverages of the same serving size.

According to Healthline, the recommended maximum caffeine intake is 400 milligrams per day. However, they also recommend no more than 200 milligrams to avoid caffeine side effects.
