Who Makes Dream Whip?

Dream Whip was started by the Walter Baker & Company in 1957. It preceded Cool Whip by almost a decade which was introduced in 1966. Today, the Dream Whip brand is manufactured by Kraft Heinz.

Sugar, Dextrose, Palm Kernel Oil, Dried Corn Syrup, Modified Cornstarch, Propylene Glycol Monostearate (Emulsifier), Sodium Caseinate (From Milk), Acetylated Monoglycerides (Emulsifier), Contains Less Than 2% Of Water, Sodium Aluminosilicate (Anticaking Agent), Cellulose Gel, Mono- And Diglycerides (Emulsifier), Cellulose Gum, Modified Cellulose, Artificial Flavor, Natural Flavor, Artificial Color Including Yellow 5 And Yellow 6.

How To Make Dream Whip

  • Empty an envelop of Dream Whip into a large bowl.
  • Add 1/2 cup milk to the bowl.
  • Add 1/2 tsp. of vanilla to the bowl.
  • Beat the ingredients until soft peaks form. This will be about 4 minutes using an electric hand mixer on high.
